The audit-request forms currently use FormSubmit to transmit submissions to our business email. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained in its submission archive for up to 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the relationship and information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small professional-services business. However, no internet transmission, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
